At Swarup Shaikh, we strive to deliver high-quality web design and development services. Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the project has not yet been started after payment confirmation
  • If there is a clear failure to deliver the agreed service
  • If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Once the project has been started or initial work has been delivered
  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or missing assets
  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Completed or substantially completed projects

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued depending on the amount of work completed. The final decision will be made after reviewing the project status.

Revisions Instead of Refunds

We strongly encourage clients to request revisions instead of refunds. We offer reasonable revisions to ensure satisfaction as per the agreed project scope.

Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of services and termination of ongoing projects.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.
